Explained the selling process well especially considering my lack of knowledge in selling a house. The whole team were fantastic, any queries I had would be understood and answered promptly every time. The valuation was the most realistic out of all the estate agents we contacted and fees too were competitive.

My husband and I were delighted with service provided to us by Richard James. From the moment our house was valued by Richard, and throughout the entire sales process, everyone involved provided an exemplary service. Reliable, knowledgeable, and professional, we have not hesitated to recommend Richard James.

Richard James were brilliant throughout the process, from listing our property and marketing it beautifully, to showing potential buyers round and to finally exchanging and completing. We had a few hold ups due to poor service from estate agents lower in the chain and Chris and the others really supported us well and did all the could to get us moving! Thanks guys!

Do they transfer your deposit if you move to another one of their houses? no, They tell you that they will, but then change their minds and tell you that you will have to wait 4 to 5 weeks before you get your deposit back
