GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. On time for valuation, all fees and process explained. Was the first house I have sold and they were very helpful. Email verification of all viewings. Prompt update on offers. Always able to answer any queries when I called. Every member of staff I spoke with professional . Spot on valuation of house.

GoogleVerry bad ,teribile ,liars very unprofessional if i could i would give 0 stars i can not beleive it .i spoke whit them on the phone to arrange a viewing a property on Brawn Close for rent and someone took my detailes and never called me back .after 3 day I called them back and they said the property is not longer available as someone else just agreed the letting terms ..Im very upset because i made the plan ....so now everithing is gone . FacebookWe had a fantastic experience selling our home via the Rushden branch. Unlike a lot of the other local agents there’s always someone available to help as they are open every day and they work longer hours than most, this meant not only were the team very accessible to us but to our potential buyers also. Everyone was very supportive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly that dealt with us. We moved to RJ when our previous agent couldn’t get our sale over the line, once we sold with Richard and his team we were completed and moved in 6 weeks. We highly recommend RJ and would without a doubt use them again in the future.

FacebookHad a great experience with Richard james, sold on first viewing within a day or so. Though out the process april was amazing helping with any bump in the road we had quickly and was on the ball chasing things not once did I have to give anyone a nudge. She explained every procedure but most importantly kept me calm. I was impressed with Richard James throughout the whole process but April deserves a medal lol. Thank you all for the help!

Contact was regular, helpful and honest offering great advice to help us through our purchase. From the moment they walked through the door to completion, they were outstanding and provided everything you need from an Agent - regular contact, good advice, friendly staff and a lot of viewings! I would highly recommend Richard James - a very professional team and definitely not like the stereotypical Estate Agent! In particular, Richard, one of the Directors, was always on hand from the initial valuation right through to giving me advice on how to deal with the solicitors upon completion. Top job and fully appreciated.

GoogleI call them last week to arrange a view for a property on Brawn Close and they said will call me but they did not.I call them after 3 days and they said The property is gone ....They are not serious They lied me. They also took my wife details to arrange a view but never get back to us ..Im very disappointed . Please Avoid ...The are not trust at all

They went above and beyond working with our solicitor to get the sale and purchase through quickly and as least stressful as possible. They responded quickly to phone calls and emails and resolved any issues we were having rapidly. Cannot recommend them enough 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 great customer service is in attention to detail 👌
