Rather than just listing the house I feel Richard James actively pursued buyers making the sale happen. GoogleProfessional agency. Did a good job, sold the house. Good job on the photos, and the video of the house (which not all agents do) is a plus and makes the house layout easier to understand. The staff were all fine and I found Christopher Wise in particular came across as professional, smart and trustworthy. Can't think of any negative points off the top of my head - I just don't give our many 5* unless something is truly exceptional but it was nearly a 5*. They are not the cheapest but value for money seems good as they are an above average agent.

FacebookWe've recently purchased a house through Richard James Estate Agents and cannot recommend this agents enough. Chris has been ever so helpful in explaining things to us, sometimes two or three times! We had a particularly bad solicitor who had to be chased for everything and Chris was the person who did this for us as we had no clue on what was needed. I definitely agree with the previous reviews, Chris went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Richard James!

FacebookI recently brought a property curtesy of these guys. I would especially like to thank Chris who dealt with the purchase. He went out of his way to answer any questions or concerns I had and kept me informed of any changes as soon as he knew any regarding the purchase. The day of the move was extremely stressful due to complications and he made several calls on my behalf to help ensure we got in that day which was starting to look very unlikely. FacebookAfter moving to the county from Birmingham I was desperate to find a place to call home. After several bad experiences with other local estate agents I was fairly sceptical about agents. Amanda from the Irtlingborough office changed my view! She took me many many viewings and remained patient and positive till I found what I wanted. She made a promise to find me a home and she kept to her word! Amanda is honest, authentic, professional and a women of her word and since then my family have continued to buy houses from Amanda. A true gem in the Richard James team.

From my initial visit to the Wellingborough Shop to the final conclusion of the sale I felt that the service that I received was both friendly and efficient. The managed to sell my property in approximately 18 hours. I cannot praise both the company and the individuals that dealt with this sale highly enough and I would recommended them to anyone.
