Fortunately the vast majority of visitors to our offices are courteous to my staff.
On very rare occasions we are faced with visitors who feel that it is quite appropriate to be rude and condescending when talking to our team. I will always step in and robustly challenge this when I witness it as I do not expect my staff to come to work to be subjected to such behaviour.
Polite and courteous visitors are always welcome but those who are rude to my team will not be tolerated.
