We cannot thank Harwoods enough for their constant help and support during our recent house move. They were not actually our choice of estate agent, being the agency in charge of our purchase but not our sale, but we wish they had been the sole agent covering our move in its entirety as the service they afforded us certainly put our own agents to shame. A fantastic & professional service provided by Mike, Phil & the team from Harwoods We cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service received from both Mike & Phil. They were always readily available to contact, each appointment was confirmed via text & someone would always be present to show potential buyers around the property. They gave us lots of helpful advice which we appreciated and we trusted that they always had our best interests at the forefront of their minds whilst managing our sale. Moving home can be very stressful but choosing Harwoods to act of our behalf was the best decision we made as they ensured our experience of moving was as smoothest and painless as possible. We have since recommended them to another family member who like us was impressed with the level of service provided. If we decide to move in the future we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

After spending 6 months looking at propertys and dealing with useless estate agents one after the other id given up hope of finding a honest, usefull company. I then found a property through harwoods and couldnt believe how helpfull they were, nothing was to much trouble and they actually ment everything they promised which i have found extremly rare in estate agents!! After i moved in to the property they have continued to be as helpfull as ever, any problem i have it is sorted within hours and yet again nothing it to much trouble for them!! im very greatful as we all know how stressfull it can be having a useless landlord and they are always happy to make my life easier which i really appriciate!!

I have to confess that I am very traditional when it comes to saying thank you to others for a job well done as I usually send a thank you cards but on this occasion I wanted more people to be aware of the excellent service I have recieved from Mike and Phil at Harwoods. My experiences in dealing with different estate agents over the years has put me in a good position to know an excellent agent when I see one. I have just bought a family home through Mike and Phil It was a breath of fresh air dealing with them. They were professional throughout the purchase, excellent at keeping communication effective through the whole process. Mike and Phil both possess excellent interpersonal skills as they listened to what I wanted and help me achieve it. Nothing was too much for them, no question left unanswered. They were transparent and extremely helpful so much so I have refered my family and friends to use their service. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their service again.

I would highly recommend Harwoods. The sale of my late brother's property was recently completed with Harwoods and not without some difficulty, especially with buyers and sellers legal representatives not being from the area and not being au fait with the locality. I live in another country but it never felt like that in terms of Phil's contact with me. I am full of gratitude, appreciation and praise for Phil especially because it was Phil I dealt with mostly but I know that others in Harwoods were involved also and so my gratitude extends to them. I experienced Phil as kind, understanding, supportive, professional, friendly and compassionate. He kept me updated regularly and did whatever he could to move the process forward when difficulties arose. His help and support throughout went above and beyond the sale of the house. We can not recommend Harwoods highly enough. It’s fair to say our house sale was not as smooth as it could have been with a few false starts due to complications at the bottom of the chain but Phil and Mick at Harwoods were fantastic in how they managed and dealt with everything that was thrown at us. The photos and marketing were very slick and generated a great deal of interest. All viewings were well handled at times to suit us and a comprehensive debrief from each viewing very swift and informative. We just found Harwoods so easy to deal with, very knowledgable and always happy to provide advice, in a very calm and sensible manner, that definitely helped some of the more highly stressful periods that selling a house can put you through. Harwoods are an A1 Estate Agent.

Hardwoods and Mike specifically were brilliant. We have just brought a property from them, after having a 7 month rollercoaster trying to sell and buy and after dealing with various estate agents, it really showed how outstanding Mike really is. After losing the property we wanted through another agent, we booked to see one through Harwoods. Mike accommodated us and even said he’d show us round on his day off as we weren’t local. He then rang with the suggestion of seeing another property while we were in the area as he thought we’d like it. We did, and we made an offer on the spot. He really used his initiative, is hard working and genuinely kept our chain together. Kept me informed at all junctures! Was a stark contrast to our own agents who we sold through, who were appalling. I hope to not move for a very long time, if ever! But if we do I would definitely use Harwoods! All the staff were very helpful and did actually call back when they said they would, which no other solicitor or agent has done in my experience lately! We probably wouldn’t be in our dream home if it wasn’t for Mike, so thank you!

FANTASTIC..! Just sold my house with Phil and then went onto renting a house also through Harwoods with Wendy. The whole team were amazing from start to finish and I couldn’t fault the service. Keeping me updated on what was going on and always at the end of the phone if I needed any questions answering (nothing was ever to much trouble) Due to selling the house and needing a rented property ASAP on completion, the guys where amazing on making sure everything was in place from me moving out of my house and then into rented accommodation. Estate agents... where do you start, they are big and scary and always want to make loads of money off you..... This is not the case with Phil. WARNING If you are unfortunate enough to have Harwoods as a Management company, beware, they are very slow and incompetent and should you want to sell a flat they are managing they will take several months to respond to solicitors questions holding up a chain which can easily result in you losing your sale. This has not only happened to us but it has also happened to the last two people in our flats that tried to sell there flat. They are also very slow in doing any repairs or dealing with any other issues. If you have the chance use somebody else.
