Dealing with Angela has been a pleasure. She helped us to find the perfect property for my grandmother who is relocating to be nearer family again. She didn't have the usual pressure sell tactics often found with estate agents and has been quick to respond to queries, confirming our offer acceptance and send over the MOS. She has chased a minor issue for us after only one call, she resolved it as soon as she was aware. I would highly recommend Angela and Harwoods for anyone purchasing a property.

My brother and myself used Harwoods for the sale of my parents house, earlier this year, after they both sadly passed away. I found, Phil to be very caring and not at all pushy ,like so many estate agents. The house sale went through very quickly, after probate, to first time buyers. Phil kept us informed at every stage of the sale and I often popped in to the office and he always found the time to chat to me. Myself and my husband had previously used Harwoods when buying our bungalow, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!. Working with Harwoods over the sale of an inherited house. Apart from a few snags along the way buyers pulling out and some challenging delays with solicitors. Harwoods were brilliant both Mike and especially Phil went above and beyond to help us get over the line. Their valuation of the property was realistic and yet still £20k above another local estate agents. We got close enough to asking price in the end. A real pleasant experience overall. Big fan of Harwoods here. I bought my first house through them years ago and was very happy with how they weren't pushy and didn't talk a load of rubbish, like a lot of estate agents do. When we decided to sell, we knew straight away we wanted to work with them again. There were some challenging factors involved in the sale itself but Harwoods made these really easy, and we actually ended up with not just a bidding war but accepted an offer for more than we were anticipating. They helped to manage the chain and keep everything moving along at a good pace. Unfortunately we've now moved out of the area Harwoods cover, which is a shame as I would be very happy to work with them again in the future.

One day, about seven years ago, I was agitated because I was being bullied by my visiting mother-in-law in a property that I rented with my ex-husband. She gave me her full attention. I’ll never forget how she listened and spoke to me like a true friend, with so much empathy. From that day, it dawned on me that I was in an abusive marriage. As a portfolio landlord, Wendy, her lettings team and finance have managed all properties for many years. Their all round service is excellent. They have immediate access to a team of all trades who quickly and efficiently deal with any issues giving options, costing and best advice.
