Both Mike & Phil were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the sale of our house. From the valuation, house viewings, sale and completion they were both there every step of the way pushing what turned out to be a very long process (due to problems higher up the chain, so no fault of their own). I couldn't recommend them highly enough. We chose Hardwoods because we purchased the same property through them two years ago and at that time they were equally excellent. They obviously are both really passionate about their work and at no point did we have any doubt in them.

I have just bought a property through Harwoods and Mike was fantastic through the whole process. He was always available on the phone to discuss my thoughts and concerns throughout and afforded me a lot of his time post our offer being accepted to allow us to have trades people visit the property to price up work before we proceeded too far. Further to this, when our circumstances changed, he was quick to re-agree terms with the seller to suit us both. I honestly believe the process wouldn't have gone as well with anyone else. We listed our property with Harwoods last year. Of all the local agencies that came to value our house, we found Mike to be the most genuine and helpful when it came to the process. There was no sense of pushyness and they seemed to put our needs first. Although we didn't purchase through Harwoods, Phil was more than willing to help if we needed any thoughts on properties we were looking at with other vendors. This was very helpful and again gave us confidence they were putting our interests first! After dealing with another local Estate Agent, who told us we wouldn't get what we thought was achievable for our house, we spoke with Mike at Harwoods, who listened and understood what we wanted from the transaction, to enable us to make the move to the new house we had found. Mike agreed to market the property for us and we are delighted to have exchanged, with an agreed completion date. Mike was always easily contactable and viewings were always arranged after hours if required by the viewer. Harwoods, also arranged for a photographer to visit the property for the online photo's and these were incredible!
