GoogleMy tenant paid the rent to Harwoods on 1/11 it's now 4/11 and I'm still waiting for it. Rang them and was told we have paid you! Umm well it's not in my account!
Thank you for taking the time to post your comment. I have checked this and can see that the tenant paid rent into our bank on Wednesday 1st. Our accounts team gave our bank instructions on Thursday 2nd to make a BACS payment to you and we issued a rent statement to you that day. A BACS payment generally takes 3 working days to clear onto the receiving account. You posted your comment on Saturday 4th; the payment will have reached your account on Monday 6th. We do process all rent payments to our landlords daily and this payment took a little longer to reach your account due to the weekend. Michael Dent - Partner
