GoogleI had given a good review initially as the initial paper works are carried out efficiently by them. But once you start living as a tenant in the property, the property management team is terrible. You will keep on chasing them weeks and months for any maintenance as if you don't have any other work and there would be hardly any good response.

GoogleMy elderly father recently bought and sold a house through the Welling Branch of Robinson Jackson. Scott and the other members of staff could not have been more helpful and went far beyond what is expected of an estate agent, helping my father on numerous occasions throughout the process. Could not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleExcellent service from everyone I dealt with on the Robinson Jackson Team. They kept me fully informed and assisted with the viewings which due to living some distance away we couldn't manage. They were not the cheapest but their quote was competitive and the family were comforted by how many properties others had also entrusted to them to sell. Highly recommended!

GoogleAwesome group. Morgan specifically was great to deal with. She helped address the issue I raised with the management services handling the properties in my close. And she was very quick, efficient and sent through an email when she had set up the process for me. Very professional in my opinion. Emmanuel

GoogleWe had a few viewings with Lilly whom was the most gracious and lovely young lady. She was patient and kind even though we got lost when trying to find 2 of the properties that made us late for the viewings. She had a smile until the last property.
