We recently sold a property in Welling through Acorn and I was very very impressed with them. From the moment I walked through the door, to trying to obtain our business to negotiating the sale and then completing it Acorn were excellent. Oliver and Alex dealt with the sale all the way through and despite a number of frustrations which made the process drawn out (nothing to do with the estate agents) it was always a pleasure delaing with Acorn. I was lucky to have Kevin Ashton meet me and show me round a property. He had extensive knowledge on every aspect of the house and even offered some advice on extensions and overall fixing up options on the house. Apart from being a complete professional- he was also a joy to meet. A true gent!! If only there were more estate agents like him- some of the agents I've dealt with couldn't sell a chocolate bar to a kid!! Absolute legend!

Good morning Kevin - hope you had a good trip globe trotting. I'm more than happy to write about our recent sale. One of the hardness things about moving is managing people's expectations. Those selling / buying usually want transactions completed ASAP and naturally get frustrated when things are slow with no news of progress etc which could lead to a lack of trust between parties. We always felt that you gave us correct information as you yourself had been advised and if there were any problems, that they were communicated swiftly. As mentioned before, managing people's expecting concerning Exchange and Completion dates is a big factor and we felt that you managed this very well. So, we bought our first property in swelling through Kevin' Ashton of Acorn. I must say he has done a remarkable job in selling the property to us and ensuring that our requests were met. As first time buyers, we were quite anxious throughout the entire process and he always was extremely patient with us. He made sure to find out answers for us if he didn't already have them. I have recently sold my property through Acorn Estate Agents at Welling, Kent and am writing this review to let them know how pleased I was with the service they provided. I also bought another property privately and they were more than happy to offer advice with that as well. The staff were always welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing being too much trouble. They did most of the liaising with my solicitors: printing off emailed documents, replying to emails, emailing back completed documents, contacting by phone and keeping me informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, they took so much of the hassle out of the whole moving process that I can honestly say it was definitely NOT one of the most stressful experiences I have had. Contrary to common belief! I would like to thank everybody at Welling and wish them all the best for the future.
