We recently sold our family home and chose to use Your Move based in Wednesfield. They were great, we dealt with Tammie, she was very professional and personable and nothing was too much trouble for her. As we live a distance away from wednesfield, Tammie had a key and did all the viewings for us, that was one less thing to worry about. Terrible customer service Booked a viewing last weekend for 3:30 using time booked off from work. 30 minutes goes by and no show from the agent and no respond form the phone. Gave it a couple days with an email asking if we could rebook and rearrange with no response almost a week later. Incredibly unprofessional if you’re a landlord and actually want to rent your property you might be best going else where!

Wednesfield branch - Umbrin Kosar We have recently let our property using the Wednesfield Your Move branch. Their staff member, Umbrin Kosar, helped us discuss our options for our vacant property by valuing it in a timely and prompt manner and also provided us with great support and advice on letting. Umbrin has helped us to secure great tenants within days of advertising our property. Throughout the whole letting process Umbrin has kept us up to date with viewings, reference checks, move in dates. She has provided us with information throughout every step in a very friendly and professional manner. Umbrin has always gone above and beyond to keep us up-to-date and has demonstrated her fantastic work ethic by working early mornings and late evenings in order to get our property let. We have previously used a number of estate agents to let our property portfolio however have found that Your Move Wednesfield branch has exceeded our expectations. In particular Umbrin has always been very friendly, approachable, prompt and efficient in finding us great tenants and dealing with any questions and queries we have. We recommend Your Move Wednesfield branch to any potential sellers, buyers, landlords or tenants as the service is exceptional and we have never once had to chase or query anything. As a young woman in my 20s I was finding the prospect of moving into a house and in with my partner a daunting task, with pretty much no idea what I was doing. Umbrin has made the entire journey super easy, and has been really kind and helpful.
