As a young woman in my 20s I was finding the prospect of moving into a house and in with my partner a daunting task, with pretty much no idea what I was doing. Umbrin has made the entire journey super easy, and has been really kind and helpful. She's also been super patient with us, as we weren't expecting to get a house so quickly, so now we're trying to get bank stuff sorted asap! I'd really recommend this branch, and especially Umbrin withany business you want doing with them.

Searching for an estate agent we had to select from approximately 30 companies. We used online filters to select the top 5 based upon those selling the most houses in our local area. We then ignored the obviously large corporates (didn't have the patience to be just a cog on a potentially one speed wheel) and sought recommendations from friends and family. The company that made our final list was Your Move and they had a branch locally too. Their representative (Najma) had a personable nature, deep knowledge of property in the local area and enthusiasm for getting the sales result. Najma recommended the auction route for our property from the off and she proved to be absolutely right. All recommendations were spot on and liaison with the auction company was very smooth. Highly recommended.

We have used Your Move in Wednesfield to purchase properties, identify properties along with sell and value our properties. This estate agent provides an impeccable service. Their customer care is exceptional. I found their communication like the formula 1 Pitt stop (perfect and spot on). They don’t leave you waiting for a response.
