GoogleUmbrin Kosar was and has been very professional and helpful from the minute we met to view our property, she’s on hand for me 24/7 via phone and email and is very supportive she’s a real credit to the team and branch. GoogleBeen dealing with Laura Davis in relation to purchasing a property. She has been amazing! We had major issues with the sellers solicitors whereby they were not responding to anything. That was until Laura got involved. Laura managed to get everything sorted so we were able to prepare for completion, even doing some of the solicitors work for them! I'm not normally a fan of Estate Agents, however Laura has changed my opinion! Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They were helpful and from the 1st time I met Alex i knew she would sell it for me, I had great faith in her.Laura the Assistant Manager kept me posted and I cant thank her enough. Coping with the loss of my Mom, they made selling the property easy and even found me a 2nd buyer straight away when the 1st one dropped out. GoogleI contacted Your Move Wednesfield about a property to let and right from my first dealings with Justin and the viewing of the property my experience with this branch and their team has been outstanding. Umbrin Kosar took over with the Let and despite the need for numerous telephone conversations with myself where l was extremely stressed and anxious, Umbrin was always polite, professional, extremely professional and accomodating and ensured that everything went smoothly for us. She dealt with all of our queries and concerns promptly and kept us abreast of the whole process at all times. I cannot thank Umbrin and the team enough, moving house is an extremely stressful time for everyone and they have helped to make it as smooth and worry-free as they can.

GoogleAs a Landlord with a property portfolio, I have found the Wednesfield branch very helpful indeed, when ever any issues have occurred they normally get it resolve in an efficient and prompt manner. My main contact dealings are with the manager David Stokes, and Umbrin Kosar. So, I would say to any prospective new Landlord seeking a professional Letting agent to manage their property locally is to look no further than Rightmove. If any prospective Tenant is interested in a property managed by Rightmove, then you can deal with them with ease and confidence in the knowledge that you will be looked after.

GoogleAwful experience with this lettings agency ! Avoid avoid avoid !! Wasted 4 weeks of my time !! Staff don't communicate with one another nor yourself they string you along ! Mess with your emotions and they tell lies !! Not worth a one star .

Alex was punctual, professional, friendly, helpful and respectful of our home during the current Covid restrictions and conducted her appraisal in accordance with current government guidelines. All communications have been clear and concise with no hidden agenda’s. We would 100% recommend using Your Move for the sale of your property.
