GoogleI found a lovely house through Yourmove… I found a lovely house through Yourmove at Polegate and was helped through the process by the fantastic staff. Paul and Jodie kept me in touch with all developements and were the most professional i have found in the Estate agency business. GooglePaul & Angela have helped me with a flat rent & a sale within the last five years & they were great in all aspects. Friendly, helpful & responsive. Very keen to get the job done for all parties with no nonsense in between. Will definitely be using their services in the future again if I need to. The only iffy thing for me, but is a general company thing, I thought the commission/fees was a little bit more than it used to be but perhaps I need to get with the times. But still 5*. Thank you guys.

GoogleAn extremely happy customer albeit Your Move were unable secure the property we wanted. First of all we missed out on a property Your Move were selling. As promised Maddie informed us as soon as it was back on the market. Our sale then fell through, Maddie helped out by trying to find us a buyer. However due to circumstances out of all our control neither a sale nor purchase came good. Paul and his team were most helpful, friendly while professional throughout the process. Maddie was our main point of contact throughout the process, she is in my opinion a very driven passionate sales person. Yes I would recommend Your Move Polegate, a great team!!! Phil Smith

A special thanks to Chantelle who was our point of contact. Couldn’t do enough for us and was really on the ball. The amazing thing is that we weren’t even paying them as they had not sold our property! Needless to say we will definitely be using them in the future next time we sell our home. GoogleHad Paul round for a valuation to sell our house, very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. the house went on the market with them and sold very quickly with the tireless help and efficiency of Maddie. We also found a property to buy through them and again, Paul and Maddie worked their magic. ALTHOUGH IT WAS YOUR MOVE INITIALLY YOU WORK WITH AGENTS SITE AN ARM OF YOUR MOVE. AT FIRST I WASN`T ENAMOURED WITH THIS IDEA, HOWEVER THEY DO TAKE A LOT OF THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR SHOULDERS AND EVERYTHING WAS SATISFACTORY IN THE END.

GoogleThe staff (Paul and Angela who we mainly dealt with) were extremely courteous, kind, and considerate in trying to help my relatives sell their property. Apart from being very professional they became good friends with them over the course of the viewings and we couldn't speak highly enough of them. They didn't just show people around but they spent time actually speaking to my relatives showing compassion and care during a difficult time.

GoogleI chose to go with Your Move because of all the estate agents I had met with, Paul came across as the most authentic and genuine and I’m really glad I went with my gut instinct. Mine wasn’t the easiest of sales with a couple of buyers falling through (no fault of Your Move here btw), but each time they re-sold my property within 1 or 2 weeks which was literally amazing. Because of their quick work the chain waited and it all went through successfully. At each step they took the time to talk me through the process and give me an honest appraisal of the situation, which was really appreciated given I’ve not sold a property before.
