GoogleOur father died unexpectedly earlier this year and we wanted to sell his house. Paul and Angela were wonderful in this respect. Tactful, professional and friendly and always super helpful. I am very glad to have chosen them to sell the property and would thoroughly recommend them to others.

GoogleSadly we recently had to move my 89 year old father-in-law into a residential care home near us, as he was unable to look after himself anymore. We then had to sell his bungalow in Polegate to fund paying the fees. We live in Wimbledon and journey to Polegate would take my wife between 1½ to 2 hours each way and she doesn't like to leave me alone for too long as I have MS and am prone to falling at the most inconvenient times. My wife is my sole carer. This was potentially a huge problem to my wife and was causing her much anxiety. So I suggested that in this day and age surely we could do this remotely. That was when we called Paul and Angela at Your Move in Polegate. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They not only totally unburdened my wife of her concerns, but successfully found a buyer for the bungalow, recommended solicitors and tradesmen to bring the transaction to completion. Other estate agents said we would never be able to sell our houw for what we wanted but Angela/Paul pulled out the stops and sold it for more than we expected! There communication and professionalism was second to none throughout the whole process. Angela was even doing the jobs of the other 'estate agents' within the chain due to their incompetence! Lovely people, very well priced for the service we received. Nothing was ever too much trou le and we owe so much to them both. GoogleWell what can I say, Paul and Angela have been nothing short of amazing! I purchased my new property through them. It was a difficult process to get the exchange done and we had to change completion dates 3 times due to issues elsewhere in the chain. However, Paul and Angela went above and beyond to help in any way they could and to keep me informed of what was happening. They always returned my calls and would call me with updates as soon as they heard anything. They are professional and friendly and never made me feel like a nuisance when I called in a panic, they kept me sane! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be using them for all property sales in the future and recommending them to anyone looking for an excellent estate agent.
