GoogleSpeaking as a buyer, usually on a commercial basis, its not often I've come across an excellent estate agent and its been refreshing to find one that goes the extra mile when things start to fall apart. GoogleReliable, honest , efficient. I have moved my properties from other agents to RDP - and now hold three with them. They have been a well known force in Hailsham for over 22 years and in my experience are the only ones to go for if you are looking for an agency that genuinely looks to find great tenants for great houses. Not always plain sailing, but when is it ever? RDP's responses have always been down to earth , supportive and dispassionate - that is to say rational and with a view to generating long term tenant/landlord/agency relationships. Would like to especially mention Tina who It has been so helpful and has made getting on the rental ladder easy for us as its our first time. Nothing is too much trouble, including our Landlord who has been brilliant and address everything we have asked of him. Would recommend this company to find you a lovely property. After 14 months we have left the property we were renting through Roland Dunn. As a company they were fantastic and our move has nothing to do with the quality of service they have provided, we were very happy with them as a company. Tina especially has been great and we will miss our chats together. We wish Tina and all the staff all the very best and want to take this opportunity to thank them all so much for making our 1st rental as smooth as possible. GoogleIn the 5 years or so that Roland Dunn Property Rentals have been managing our property we have found them to be 100% professional, friendly and efficient. They found our lovely tenants and continue to act in all our best interests. After a recent flood in the property they took control of the whole situation, from initial inspection and photographs to liasing between the insurance company, trades people, our tenants and ourselves. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
