I would like to firstly start by saying a huge thank you to Tina & Debbie at Roland Dunn Sales & Lettings for everything you have done for myself & my partner. We have rented for around 6 years with you and in those years we have had nothing but absolute joy. During our time we have had 0 issues but have always stayed in contact if there were to be any property issues or flat inspections which never felt invasive. Tina was always very polite and respectful when entering the property to carry out an inspection. We also had an elderly cat who we adored dearly and was very grateful that the landlord agreed to allow him to stay with us in the property during that time. We have felt very lucky. Professional and Friendly Simply the best. If you have the pleasure of using Roland Dunn’s Estate agency you will meet Debbie and Tina. They are polite friendly and efficient. Selling my mother’s Home with Probate took over 18 months. Roland, Debbie and Tina did not make a drama out of my situation but fully supported the process and once Probate was granted, sold the house in double quick time. Their simple professional approach and knowledge of the market was so evident. We could not be more grateful.

We first approached Roland and Dunn for a viewing and was met by the lovely Debbie who showed us around, instantly fell in love with the house and Debbie made us feel relaxed with zero pressure. After putting in an offer Debbie called to congratulate us on our accepted offer and adding a personal touch to the buying process. From offer to exchange Debbie and Tina were fantastic and made the whole process seemless meaning we completed within 5 weeks !!! We have recently bought our first home and this was through Roland Dunn who helped make the process smooth, quick and stress-free! We had no idea what the process was, but Debbie who first showed us around the property (on her day off!) was there to answer all questions we had and help with any queries about the property. Nothing was too much hassle and both Debbie and Tina, who showed us around the property for our 3rd viewing, gave us a lot of information and helpful people's details like locksmiths etc, have been so kind and helpful throughout the process. We've sailed through and completed in 5 weeks which is unheard of! Thank you for making our first time buyer journey such a fun and enjoyable one rather than a negative one which you hear so much about! They are all lovely there and we would definitely deal with the team here again. If you are lucky enough to buy or let through them, you'll be looked after well, not just another number like some of the chain estate agents. Thank you Debbie Home!!!

I recently bought my house from Roland Dunn Sales & Lettings. My experience from first viewing the house until I picked up my keys from their office was exceptional especially after having many bad experiences with other Estate Agents. I was in communication with Debbie and Tina throughout the process. They were very professional, quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, with genuine care, understanding and friendliness. Debbie went above and beyond to help the sale go through quicker, without her help, I am sure I would not have the keys to my new house now! Even when I went to pick up my keys from their office, I was greeted like a family member, and I could see that they were so both so genuinely happy to give me my keys, and even presented me with gifts and a "New Home" card. Words cannot thank Debbie and Tina enough. I would highly recommend using Roland Dunn Sales & Lettings!!

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE VERY LEAST! So I saw a lovely little house I liked. We have a 4 bedroom, our children have moved out, so we have decided to down size to a two bedroom property. I emailed the agent straight away last night asking for a call back (as It was advertised to please contact them if I would like a viewing. So today a lady named Tina from their team Called me. I stayed my interest and was told by Tina that the owner has had two offers made already BUT hasn’t accepted them yet! so the property is now unavailable. I kindly asked - “May I ask what the highest offer was that was made pls” And was told No we cannot disclose this. I then stated - “I don’t quite understand the reason why I’m unable to know the highest offer as I wanted to know so that I could raise the amount offered. The person selling the property could well off received 10 - 20k extra then the other offers Plus the estate agents commission would be more for them, So yes I’m Extremely disappointed. So I will now straight away be removing their agency from my contacts. The facts are that the seller could have received a far larger amount than the offers they have received. Plus the agency would of course receive more commission. I own my own home outfight and have my own Buisness on terminus road, So therefore I talk and mix with many professionals and my lovely customers who are looking to move. Unfortunately I will NOT be recommending this estate agents. Yours and the sellers loss sadly to say

What a pleasure it has been to have experienced the service of the team at Roland Dunn Sales and Lettings. As a tenant, my previous experience of letting agents has been extremely negative and it has been like breath of fresh air to deal with this agency. The phone is always answered and queries, whether phoned in or e-mailed, are dealt with immediately and if they say they will get back to you, they do, and do so at the time they say they will. Without exception, every member of the small, friendly team is professional and efficient and makes you feel valued (and they also found me a fantastic landlord!). I recommend them without hesitation.

Really lovely team at Roland Dunn. They have helped us and been really responsive (really quickly!) throughout the move. A property came on the market and they knew we were looking to rent so Tina went out of her way to call us, let us know about it and then take us to view it the next day, she took the time to speak to us about various problems and get us moved in! Roland was professional and friendly, meeting us at the house and talking us through all the paper work and aspects of the house on moving day (we’ve been with agents that just hand us a bunch of paper work and keys and don’t communicate at all!) so it was lovely to have someone go through everything with us on the day we got the keys! Myself and my husband had the best experience renting through roland dunn. After owning my own property then going onto renting for a short period, I was a bit sceptical, however the ladies at roland dunn especially Debbie, made us feel so comfortable, if there were any problems they were dealt with straight away. Our landlord was absolutely lovely, and although we are now moving onto bigger and better things, it was sad to leave our rental home. Amazing company.
