We engaged Strutt & Parker to sell our country house property in May 2023. This turned out to be a very difficult period for property sales. We felt S & P gave us every support during this time, with regular communication, realistic appraisals and an enduring interest. We didn't feel that we went 'stale' and throughout the process S & P continued to promote our property and seek a buyer culminating in a successful sale. We are so very grateful for all that the team did to achieve this. We would definately recommend them.

GoogleWe appointed the S&P team to sell my stepmothers house back in the early summer as the agents we considered to be the most in touch with the premium country homes sector of the housing market, the most enthusiastic about the opportunity to sell and who also quoted the highest guide price. I'm happy to advise that we have had excellent support throughout the sales process in particular from Paula and Tom despite having to navigate a few 'bumps in the road'. And we have achieved the guide price despite a very uncertain market. They have always kept in touch with us, the sellers, and the new buyers and I would highly recommend S&P again for the type of property which has just been sold. Thanks again for a wonderful service.

I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend S&P to anyone at any level, but in particular for high-end properties.

Trying to sell in the recent economic climate was not easy. We were very happy with the service provided by Amy and Hamish who were always responsive and helpful, meeting as necessary to discuss next steps and how best to respond to a changing sales market. They realised how much the house meant to us over many years and made good links with our lawyer pending the sale.

GoogleWe had an unusual house, in what we discovered was a poor state of repair, so a complicated sale. Jen, Paula and the whole team were always positive, resourceful and totally professional. Their support, reliability and warmth really get me going through the whole process. They advised on how to prepare the house for sale, came up with a realistic price, and really promoted the property through a range of media. They worked hard managing all the viewings themselves, and helping possible buyers see the great potential of the house. They were the absolute key negotiators in all aspects of the sale, keeping solicitors moving, and always informing me of what was, or wasn't going on. This was a probate sale, and I live many miles away, so it was such a relief to have complete trust in the team. I have moved on a number of occasions in the past and this team are by far the best estate agents with whom I have ever worked. Thank you
