They were great when moving in but when it came to moving out tried to make outrageous claims from the deposit and then quickly backed down when it went to dispute. Take lots of photos and evidence would be my advice!!!! Also left us 5 days with water coming through the ceiling!!

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

All the staff have been on the same page at all times, so one can make contact knowing that info will be passed on accurately throughout the team. Mark who looked after our sale has been outstanding from the valuation right through to exchange of contracts. We made the right choice!

They were a pleasure to deal with from day one and we had an excellent experience with them.We always felt like Toby was 'in our corner' and he was always available (even out of hours!) just for a quick chat or an email. With Toby's knowledge of the area, his skills in identifying 'genuine' potential buyers, his negotiation skills and his professionalism, certainly made the whole process much easier. GoogleIt was an amazing experience with Henry Adams when we dealt with them for a flat to rent in Haslemere. Daniel Wood was the letting manager who deserves great appreciation in showing the flat in no reluctance and to deal with all our needs quicky. The communication was faster as compared to other agencies either through email or phone calls. The process was quick and professional. All of the process except application form is online so we don’t loose the copy of them, as we get a copy emailed. No concerns, very happy with their service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...
