I reported to Katie on Monday morning 13th December that my Central Heating broke down on Sunday morning, by 3pm Monday the problem had been fixed. I could not ask for a better professional service. I always receive a first class response and assistance from Katie.

Awful customer service and ineffective staff.Have had multiple problems with a rental property and there management of repairs is appalling.Avoid if you can.

I cannot praise too highly the performance of the Hamptons team that organised the recent sale of our house . In particular, Jason Harvey,Pippa Kilby and Andrew Blagdon, who managed and controlled the whole exercise including all the sales visits. A real talented and professional team.

I had the worst experience so far! Absolutely the worst agency I have worked with. After we moved to our house, the agent stopped answering our questions, emails, didn't share any user manuals, never helped us about the issues that we had with the flat. They don't event care about you.
