Shortly after moving into our flat we had a couple of issues with the boiler and the electrics. We contacted Hamptons and they acted very professionally and promptly. Special praise must go to Rebecca, our property manager, who managed to get tradespeople in to fix the problems just days before Christmas.Many thanks again.

Ms Lucy Desborough, the senior property manager has looked after my property very well and has been extremely efficient in helping with repairs needed, keeping the property in good order and attending promptly to the tenants requests. Hamptons have been managing our Flat for the last 4 years and have given us a first class service. Our property manager Gemma Ward has always been responsive to our needs and those of the tenants. I cannot speak to highly of her professionalism.
