GoogleMy wife and I recently purchased a property in Norfolk through Sowerbys. Despite all the issues with Covid, we were kept fully informed and were extremely well looked after by Joanna who worked with laudable tenacity to get things over the line. Joanna has a work ethic like we have not experienced before with Estate Agents, and is cognicent of all sensitivities and concerns of both parties, and manages them well to achieve desired outcomes. This included working evenings and days off to enable us to achieve our goal, which has inspired us to decide to use Sowerbys when we need an agent in the future. Keep up the fantastic work and thank you so much for helping us realise our dream.

GoogleMade an appointment with them and was prepared to travel 100+ miles to view both took time off work then noticed the next day it was no longer on the market. No phone call or anything so we did something else. On the viewing day we had a reminder about appointment. I rang and explained about us seeing the no longer on the market they said they had been inundated with calls. So in simple terms they didn't want to arrange more viewings because they had already had offers. Funny that 4 days after its back on the market!NegativeProfessionalism

Apologies for any confusion. As instructed by our clients, we paused promotion of the property online until the high number of viewings booked had taken place. The viewing you arranged for Tuesday 11th was confirmed in writing to you and all other viewings on that day went ahead, as planned, one of which resulted in an offer being accepted by our clients. Subsequently the property is now back on Rightmove showing as Under Offer.

GoogleLooking to sell my home and have contacted Sowerbys (using their online forms) 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Not a single response/follow-up call to any of them! Likewise when I was looking to buy last year, I called the Watton office about viewing a property, and never received a call back. Doesn’t give confidence from a buying or selling perspective!
