Fantastic service from Terie Hurrell with the sale of our house. It has not been the easiest of processes but Terie has been there for us, every step of the way. This lady never stops until she gets the right answers and in our case, gets exchange of contracts completed. We cannot recommend her enough. Sowerby’s are not the cheapest of agents but with Terie Hurrell on your side, you certainly ‘get what you pay for’. Thanks so much for all your help Terie.

I need to express my sincere thanks to Sowerbys and in particular to Terie,(After Sales Specialist) who has coaxed our sale through various hoops, whilst dealing with difficult issues. Terie’s conveyancing experience and professionalism has been second to none. She has been there for my wife and I through uncertain times. Terie has shown patience whilst explaining each step in simple terms, often multiple times. We have been made to feel as if we are her only client, always there when we call or email with reassurance. In short she has been a rock to lean on and is a huge asset to Sowerbys. Thank you Terie. Sowerby’s have been extremely helpful with the sale of our house. There have been a number of difficulties but they have been happy to help resolve issues whenever needed. I particularly appreciate having a dedicated contact in the office, in our case Louie White. It means that there is always somebody who fully understands your situation. Other members of staff are there to help when he is away, but Louie is normally available and is efficient & helpful. Greatly appreciated.

Kate, was truly exceptional! As a new "kids on the block", it's been hard for us (my wife) to deal with all the letting paper works we know nothing about. Not one to write many reviews but this service should be recognised. I have been needing to make a tighter deadline than I’d hoped with a new home and I can’t be more impressed with Sowerbys, but more importantly, the service I received from Louie White. He is very professional and made me feel valued as a client, which I certainly have not felt with other agents (not Sowerbys). We have had a wonderful experience using sowerbys Estate agents, from our first viewing with Mirrium we felt welcomed and treated as individuals she talked and walked us through the building with patience and knowledge. When we were discussing pros and cons she had valued input and helped us see the bigger picture. Second viewing was completed on a Sunday thanks to Zoe who came out in her own time to fit in with our busy work schedule again she made us feel welcomed and valued as customers and was very friendly and informative. We are still in the process of buying the house Zoe has been assisting every step of the way which we appreciate as first time buyers.
