GoogleGreat service. Our house was priced realistically by David to sell in current market and an offer received and excepted after just 8 weeks. lots of genuine viewings. After excepting an offer Martin continued to liaise between the byers and ourselves helping all the way to completion. We moved from Watford to Dorset. I would recommended Your move Watford to anyone wanting a great professional and friendly service. Edit

GoogleZero stars would be more than these agents deserve, incompetent time wasters. They arranged a viewing then only to be told that it was now off the market within an hour of arranging the viewing. They did not even have the common decency to to be honest in the first instance, but would rather give you the run around! Keep away from these dishonest extremely unprofessional time wasting cowboys!!

GoogleThe whole staff is so helpful in the branch. The agents were so professional in showing potential buyers around the house. A special thanks goes out to Azra, Paige and Martin for carrying out the viewings and keeping me posted every time a viewing was done. I will definatly use their sevices again in the near future

Hello Mariusz, I am really sorry to read about your experience and completely understand your frustration; we take customer satisfaction very seriously at Your Move so I have looked nto this matter for you. I can see you where booked to see a property that had just let before your appointment. I can see we then called to cancel your appointment to avoid you having a wasted journey costing you time and money. We will always give us much notice as possible and in this instance unfortunately we where only able to provide you with just over 30 minutes notice of the viewings cancellation due to the time the property was taken off of the market. GoogleVery very poor customer service and a very bad connection between tenant and owner. Ended up paying few hundreds to cover the wrong message they delivered from owner and they denied it! They only care about the service charge increase every year but a very slow and awful messenger

GoogleAbsolute waste of my time. Took my deposit for a flat and asked me to give notice to my landlord. And then got told after I gave notice to my landlord they told me the property is gone and refunded my deposit after a week. Avoid at any cost

GoogleScott Parsons handled my move keeping me updated at all times. Unfortunately my conveyancer was rubbish and without Scott I'm sure my move wouldn't have happened. I would highly recommend Your Move Estate Agents & Scott in particular.
