We have found in them, the first estate agent that we felt that we could trust. Their advice in the marketing, furnishing, and even decoration of our properties has been very sound and down-to-earth. Trouble handling brilliant and effective - trouble avoidance even better. We think they are marvellous.

GoogleMarshall Vizard were the Letting Agent for my rental property (I was the tenant). The whole experience was quick, simple and straightforward. We'd had a few issues whilst in the property and they were all resolved very quickly and the communication was great. The guys at MV are very friendly. I wish them well for the future.

GoogleMarshall Vizard have been managing my house in Watford since 2007 and I'm very happy with them. Always responsive, courteous and efficient. I was quite nervous as a first-time landlord and they took away all the worries. For much of the time I have been living abroad and it's made no difference to the excellent quality of service I've received. No hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleThe worse kind of estate agent if thats possible ---> lazy, incompetent and GREEEEDY. They recruit landlords no one else will represent and ones who will fix things months after you've requestd them to be done. Kiss your health good bye if something dangerous happens in your flat or house that u chose to rent from these dropouts.
