She went above and beyond to smooth out any bumps in the process, making sure both sides of solicitors stayed on track.
Jemma was a pleasure to work with as well. Her calming demeanor and efficient communication ensured things kept moving along seamlessly.
Having dealt with some disappointing estate agents in the past, I’m so pleased to have found one that truly stands out. Marshall Vizard is now in my top two, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. They’ve definitely restored my faith in the industry!

GoogleAvoid any properties from this agency for your own safety. Their flats are infested with mould and pests, which they deliberately cover up with paint and then blame you for.
I was trapped in a year-long contract living with mould, and as someone with asthma, my condition has significantly worsened since renting from them. Their lack of assistance is appalling. They neglect their responsibilities and seem indifferent to the suffering of their tenants. Now, I find myself making regular visits to my GP just to manage my asthma.
The staff is unprofessional, particularly Angela and Alycia, not to mention the owner, Neil Marshall. It’s clear they forget they are running a business and have a duty to respect their tenants. Once you sign a lease, you receive no respect or support.
I've experienced extremely concerning behavior from the staff. Angela showed up unannounced and attempted to enter my property. Thankfully, I had the latch on; she even tried to reach through the letterbox. When I challenged her on this unacceptable conduct, she rudely claimed she had the right to do so, insisting she had given notice, which she did not. It was later confirmed no notice was given, yet I didn’t receive an apology. Neil Marshall took no action when I reported this incident. How can you feel safe or secure in your own home under these conditions?
They are sneaky and scammers when it comes to retrieving your deposits. They refuse to give proof of invoices stating that tenants have not entitlement to view it, and purposely charge you more than the cleaning company that they hire.
In light of these experiences, I urge prospective tenants to consider alternate housing options for their own safety and well-being.
Please look elsewhere.

Googlevery disappointed in this agency as first year it started well, but after renew onwards it was awful. we lived there almost 4 years and every year they made an massive increase in monthly payments which by the end i had an increase of 500£ extra from first year. which is not acceptable for what that flat represents. and the agent called Angie was rude every time she approach to see the property. every month they have something to see and something to do in our flat which is made our privacy insupportable.

GoogleUnfortunately we had a terrible experience with Marshall Vizard whereby we were given the wrong move in dates for our rental therefore leaving us without a place to stay for three days. We left three days grace to clean the previous flat and for a leisurely move but unfortunately had to rush this through. The premises was left in a terrible state with mould everywhere and no cleaning had been completed. On leaving the flat after a year we were charged for marks on walls after cleaning the premises and leaving it in a far better state than we left it. Only to be told that as it was not inspected by the agency before we moved in they were unable to help. Would tell everyone to steer well clear of them.
I would add, the original owner agreed not to charge us for marks on the wall after being shown photo evidence of the walls and descriptions of the move in from the agents. Whilst the document did state there were 5 light bulbs within the premise not working when we entered and 3 not working as we left it, we could not categorically say that the oven bulb was not working when we moved in as we had not taken an image of it. Had the premises dates been correct we would have had enough time to go through everything in the pack and at this point months down the line we thought it best to cut our costs.
I would never use this agency again and feel that there attempts to rectify any issues were far from what was needed.

I am sorry that you have not been happy with the service that we provided.
When you originally moved in, we had made an error with the move in dates, we had apologised and notified you as soon as we could. It was totally our fault and was a human error made by a colleague. It meant that we were very short on time and did not have the normal time between the old tenancy tenancy finishing and your tenancy starting, the outgoing tenants returned the keys late on the 8th and your tenancy started on the 9th. We did inspect the property first thing on the 9th, before you moved in, we did identify some areas that needed additional cleaning, the cleaner could not attend before you collected keys on the 9th, but we arranged for her to visit the following week, this was confirmed on the inventory that we supplied to you.
At the end of your tenancy, the only deductions that were agreed related to some bulbs that needed to be replaced. The landlord had originally asked for a contribution towards some damage to the walls but ended up just agreeing to the deductions for the bulbs.
We are sorry for the error at the start of the tenancy, it was our fault, we had notified you as soon as we could and tried to minimise the inevitable inconvenience.

GoogleMarshal Vizard managed the property I lived in for about 5 years, throughout this time they have always listened to any concerns that we had and acted upon them.
When we had issues with our kitchen, we ended up having a new kitchen put in, when there were issues with the bathrooms these where also dealt.
The quality of the work carried out by the team was second to none and the managed the property with the care and respect it deserved for a grade 2 listed building.
Neil has always been available to talk to and a special mention to Angela who personally managed the property for us and is fantastic.
I would highly recommend Marshal Vizard to both people wanting to rent a property and also property owners who are looking for managing agents.
