I was a client for over 6 years my rental property was destroyed in an arson attack I was offered temporary emergency accommodation but no attempt was made to find me a new property the lettings manager told me that as my circumstances had changed and I was now clinically vulnerable it would be 'difficult ' to find a landlord to accept me as my income was now from the government I had to fight for my deposit to be refunded this took over 2 months. this company have neglected their duty of care to a vulnerable long standing client they never return calls and just send a generic reply to emails if you are looking for a responsive professional company these people are not for you

Covers has placed a board outside my flat for the past month, falsely advertising a sale. Dom at the Ruislip branch has repeatedly promised to remove the sign, but it is still there. When I do eventually sell my flat, I will NEVER use coopers or recommend their shoddy lying service to anyone

If you are a tenant - always rent with Coopers if you can. From the first day I contacted them, the team at Coopers has been very professional, polite and helpful, this continued through all my viewings and finally in setting up my contract, which was very fair and transparent. Since living in a property managed by Coopers, they have always given me lots of notice of any viewings, inspections, or work that needs to be carried out; answered my questions promptly; and kept me up-to-date on anything I need. They really understand that it the property is your home, and made me feel respected while they undertook their responsibilities in managing the property. I am now in the process of moving to a new property and immediately went to Coopers to help me find a new home, instead of gambling on using a different agency, too many of whom (in my experience) treat tenants like a nuisance instead of an actual human looking for somewhere nice to live.

They don't like long term tenants, they just try to be nice with you for the first year once you consider an other tenancy agreement they totally change they are always on the landlord side ,they take more than one month to fixe the washing machine They try everything for your deposit, Alex used to be nice when he was fat but since he lost weight he became a lyer he lied on the date he gave as the notice they did everything for our deposot they find many excuses as previously mentioned in other reviews. Not recommended at all. ..
