She guided me through the whole process, from viewing the property to obtaining the keys. She explained details to me and answered my questions patiently. She worked effciently too to speed up the process.

GoogleAlex, Kate and Kirsten at Coopers are the most professional, knowledgeable and polite professionals, I have ever dealt with. They have managed our property in central Watford, since September 2016. Recently our tenants left, but within weeks, Alex and the team have found us new, reliable tenants of a high quality. We trust their advice implicitly and they have never let us down. GoogleWe been with Coppers for 3 years and was a great experience. I think you can really rely on them. We never had problems with them, even when they came for checking they never did it without to let us know in advance. We even contacted Alex from Coppers twice on Sunday and he went above and beyond to solve our problem. I really think that they are the best agency from North Watford. FacebookFab!!!! Greg, Matt and Rhys were amazing - they sold my house and managed to smooth out any hiccups that we had along the way. I wouldn't of changed estate agent at all - Greg made our house sale as easy and smooth as any house sale can be. Not only did Greg ensure we got lots of viewings he also provided great and honest feedback. I cannot recommend Coopers enough, the team were great, the house sale went though as soon as it possibly could and even after we moved Greg called to check we had settled in. 10/10 for service :) #TEAMCOOPERS

GoogleMyself and my partner Ian spent a long 3 months tirelessly searching for properties every weekend (I think in total we viewed about 30) with no luck. A lot of the estate agents we used in Watford were not interested in our budget or our 'must have' requirements etc and would just show us any old properties that were over priced and not suitable. We found our now new home through Coopers. They were really flexible, always making time for us to do viewings, always there to pick up the phone, really supportive in chasing both solicitors and i feel generally cared about us getting the right house for the right price as soon as possible.
