FacebookDisappointing service having to wait 13 days so far with no deposit back and any response you finally get is they are still waiting for a list of costs from landlord when there has been plenty of time to do so even though the inventory report was wrong in many areas. Every time I try and call I get put straight through to voicemail or when I email I get no response or just the usual with no update. Shocking.
I agree very bad after care from what you have told me .

GoogleI was very pleasantly surprised after having dealt with numerous agents across Watford who seemed very unorganised and dishonest, Personally I dealt with the Manager Alex who was incredibly helpful and always kept to his word, ensuring renting with them ran smoothly and now more recently my first time home purchase was virtually stress free, I cant recommend Alex and Coopers strongly enough

FacebookBecause they deleted my and reviews of other people from Google, I would like to share my experience with Coopers of London and their agent William Delaney here. It has been 7 months since we moved out of one of their properties in Deptford and we have yet to receive our deposit of over £1500. Despite numerous calls and emails, we have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. On the few occasions that William Delaney did answer our calls, he made promises that were never fulfilled. We also spoke with the director Andrew Fagan but to no avail.This lack of professionalism and communication is surprising for a company that prides itself on its awards. It seems as though they are actively avoiding us and not taking responsibility for their actions. After 7 months, we are starting to feel hopeless as no one is communicating with us. This situation has forced us to seek alternative means of communication as it seems like they are unwilling to engage with us in a professional manner. This way I would like to warn everyone, who is about to pair with this company, as this behaviour could be devastating to someone in the future. Really disgusting….
