Cinch self storage is excellent place for anyone who is looking for secure and clean place to keep their belongings. Team members are very friendly, professional and happy to support customers. The atmosphere has a feel of small family. The sign in process is straightforward so are terms and conditions of the agreement. Prices are very reasonable and location is good. I genuinely cant think of any points for improvements. It is excellent location, nice environment, great security systems and most importantly really likeable team:)

TrustpilotEnfield branch have given me great….
Enfield branch have given me great service I’ve been here since they opened. Pricing, cleanliness, customer service beats all companies I’ve been to. Andriana and Ed are truly amazing people they really care for the company and go out of their way to help all the time. They always make sure their customers are happy at all times. Once there was a issue with the shutter and Andriana stayed behind so that customers can come in and out to get their things, other companies would have closed the store for the day and not let customers come in and out until someone comes in to fix the shutter which could affect their business such as my own but andriana went out of her way and came in out of hours to open the store for customers which I really appreciated. This is what you call customer service
