Friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. I was able to upgrade to a larger unit hassle-free when I needed more space. The site feels very secure, and I was able to rest easy knowing my possessions were safe. We were even given a cup of tea while we were loading our van!

Good storage option. My gripe I have is the access period which are only out of office hours by special request. It would be helpful to access from 8am to 7pm as standard.

I can't recommend Cinch storage Letchworth enough. Lauren and Becky got me into an emergency storage unit at extremely short notice and took all the stress out of the entire experience for me.
