We purchased a house through Beals…

We purchased a house through Beals Estate agents, our journey started early November. We met Emily at the property, she was professional and offered really great tips, on the potential of the property etc. She was straight to the point on what the seller wanted, which put us in the best position. She rang the day after the viewing and we put our offer on the property!Emily was our go to, she was thorough and constantly requesting updates from us, the seller and the lawyers. The whole process will be done by early Jan, I want to say Emily being on the ball has really ensured for us to get through the interim period quicker than prev estate agents we have dealt with.Emily has been a pleasure to deal with, always has a smile, friendly and great communication! I couldn’t have had, a more positive experience and she is a credit to Beals.Thank you!

Urgent move into the area, thankfully I have the lovely Jess to help me out. She was there from viewing right through to getting settled in. Always at the end of an email or phone call for any questions I had or anything I needed help with. when it came to moving, Amber and Jess were both Swift in organising the change over and collection of keys so I could get in quickly. So accommodating to my needs as far as timescale and urgency. Even now I’m in the flat, Jess is still at the other end of an email or phone.

I have been a tenant under Beals for 10 years at the same property. Up until recently my point of contact changed a lot and the service I received wasn’t the best. However I have recently had Mollie-Mae West as my contact and she has been incredibly helpful and actually seems to care about any issues I may have. Even going as far as checking in after the fact to make sure any issues have been resolved/sorted out. IMO Mollie is a great asset to Beals and I cannot state enough how good it is to have someone so dependable and reliable as a contact :)

I started a purchase with Lauren, but due to complications with the purchase (no fault of Beales) Lucy got involved too. Beales handled my transaction immaculately, Lucy was always on the end of the phone ready for any questions; I felt incredibly comfortable in their hands. Without Lucy I know for a fact my purchase wouldn't have happened; she's an absolute warrior and didn't give up when things looked bleak. She is persistent, understanding, easy to get hold of most importantly professional. Lucy is a credit to Beales and is by far the best estate agent I've dealt with. Lucy is a credit and asset to your Company. She is totally professional, a real help on giving you advice and a wealth of knowledge. Very easy to understand the process, and she is very easy to like. She knew "exactly" what we had asked for and found two properties that matched what information we gave her She showed us around one of them, and pointed out all things we had requested, as being there. This may well be the last move we make, given our age and circumstances, and the cost of moving. So we may be harder to please than someone else However, I have never felt that from Lucy. She obviously absolutely loves her job, loves dealing with people, and gets a buzz from being able to use her talents. She often rings me up to check how I am doing and even though it's a transaction we are both hoping for, it's lovely to hear from and her jolly nature. Can't speak highly enough about her.
