Very disappointed the service they provide, we booked a view we got to the property waiting outside the house, called the agent and they told us the house it’s been sold and left us a voice message, but that never was the case. Even if we gone find the dream house we not gone deal with this agency!

Archbold & Edwards are the best in the business. It is great to deal with a company who have such depth of knowledge and actually care about you rather than just looking for a fee. Between the partners you have the best in both the local sales market (Martin) and the rental market (Charlie). Couldn't recommend high enough, they are a very professional company and always do what they say they will.

Excellent estate agent and service! They currently fully manage two rental properties for us, they are on hand to deal with any issues that may arise with the tenants and we always receive the rent on time each month. Happy tenants and Happy landlords!!! Fully recommend if you are looking for an agent for Sales or lettings.

Having never sold, I used the team here to sell and purchase a property. The process was SO easy, help and advice all the way. We also used Dig’s their in house mortgage broker. Can’t recommend enough!

Martin and Sarah have been amazing throughout, especially when our chain broke down. They lifted us up, got us back on the market and we sold the same day. Communication has been superb at every step.

Gave us excellent advice and house sold quickly. Not pushy at all when coming round to quote: honest, straightforward views which is exactly what we wanted. Kept us informed about progress. We found Archbolds very reliable and trustworthy. Good quality marketing material was impressive.

The proud claims on the website happens to be entirely justified! The team at Archbold Edwards have enthusiasm and professionalism in spades. They assisted us in matters outside of the normal responsibilities of an Estate agency and eased the difficulties that we faced in selling a relative's property from overseas.
