Couldn't recommend enough!

I recently brought my first home in Bucklers Park and the entire process has been amazing. Maria and Edwina were incredible with the support of Lucy and Tony. George has also been amazing and has followed up each snag in a timely manner (I only had 6). I would 100% recommend Cala to anyone wanting to buy a new build. I am super happy in my new home with the added reassurance of it's high spec/quality. Thanks Cala!

The Customer Service Team Cala West all of them have been wonderful (Especially Vicky) in getting my flat (at Jordanhill Glasgow) repaired after the water ingress. They have met all the requirements in getting the flat back to the way it was when I originally bought it. I will be forever grateful to them in sorting out what has been a very stressful time . CALA Homes part exchange scheme

My wife and I had viewed CALA properties at the Lancing site and thought it would be an ideal property and location for the two of us to retire to. The thought we could possibly part ex our present home, North of Cambridge appealed but would it be possible? After the initial suggestion we both got a call from Callum McIntyre who is the part ex manager for that area. He was happy to come and view our property to see if there was a deal to be had. We had already got one valuation from a local estate agents and Callum arranged for another local agent to come and view the property on behalf of CALA. Once Callum had received that he made the journey to view the house for himself. He had clearly done his homework prior to the visit because he knew quite a bit about the village before he arrived. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and professional and explained the part ex process as he went along. Thankfully he was happy with our home and based on the two valuations he already had he would compare those and his own thoughts. Before he left he mentioned that he would do his best to get the valuation details to us both by the Friday of that week and, true to his word, it arrived as planned. In the meantime we had guesstimated what the value might be and what we would like it to be. The valuation was very thorough and compared all of the properties that were for sale, or recently sold, in our village and how long they had taken to sell or been on the market. All this information was clearly laid out and lead to Callum's valuation of the property. Thankfully it was well above our guesstimation and has made it possible for us to start the process of buying our new home at Lancing. So far everything has been velvety smooth from saying yes to the purchase. A further visit to the site proved to be very beneficial with Georgina leading us through what happens next, in the friendly manner she has always shown us. All I can say now is Thank You Callum and we are now looking forward to our new start in 2024.

Limsi Grove exceptional experience

The team at CALA homes in Limsi grove, Hertford have been exceptional from day 1. They go out of their way to provide a great customer experience - from viewing the show home, to looking at various plots, to the IGM meeting where they run through all things plot and site so you understand not only what your building is made from but also where all the water/foul water pipes are, whether you have street lamps outside and how the whole site drains etc. No question is out of bounds and they make a pretty good cup of tea too! Thanks so much to Paul, Karen and Andy for all your help with our (soon to be) new home!

We absolutely love our new Cala home. Great quality and design with high ceilings. The team at Sequoia Meadows is friendly, professional and knowledgeable which made our journey stress free during our move and we received great aftercare to make sure we were settling in okay. Special thanks to the following people. Lisa for her time and patience in assisting us when making choices for our home. Laurence for updating us throughout, nothing is ever too much trouble and you’ve always got time no matter how busy you are. Johnny for promptly attending to any issues reported and keeping us updated. Vicky at Customer Services for updates, follow ups and promptly getting back to us via email and phone. I am in the process of buying a brand new home from Cala Homes. I couldn't be more happier with the service I have received so far. Suzie from the Sales Team/Customer Services has been nothing but amazing - totally professional, patient, knowledgeable and has answered every question I've asked, ironed out every crease and made the process pain free. I couldn't be happier or recommend the team at Farrendon Fields enough! Yesterday I went to a meeting and met with the development manager Liam who walked me through the drawings explaining every detail, was patient with my endless questions and has promised to keep us up to date with the building going forward and send photos of the progress! As the house is a work in progress I will come back with further updates and photos.

Great experience at Jordanhill Park

I’ve had a great experience purchasing a new home at Cala Jordanhill Park. From my initial first viewing I was given plenty of time to view a number of properties before making a decision. The team were always committed and very patient. They have a wealth of knowledge about the properties and the site, and were always able to answer any questions I had. Throughout the whole buying process I was kept updated at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble and staff explained everything in detail. The team have been welcoming and very approachable since I moved in and continue to check in to ensure everything is going well. I’d like to say a big thanks to Victoria on the sales team who oversaw the whole process and worked really hard to ensure it all went smoothly and was so helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a Cala home to anyone thinking of buying.

We absolutely love our new home. There were 7 month delays on our build & we lost our initial mortgage offer due to it taking so long to complete (very stressful). But Cala did everything that they could to ensure we could still afford to buy the house with the rising interest rates. They literally moved mountains for us. James & Belinda in the marketing suite were so kind & helpful. They put us in contact with the Senior sales manager (Louise) & Construction Manager (Owen). Louise, & Owen were arranging Teams meetings upon my request, with weekly updates. They took our concerns onboard & made it work for us & did their utmost to manage our expectations. A massive thanks to Managing Director Glenn Copper too. We understand that most of the delays were out of their control as labour & material shortages/lead times were part & parcel of it all & although sometimes we felt disheartened, we never felt ignored or like we weren’t a priority.In addition to the above, Kieren, who saw us through our snagging list was always in touch & got the major stuff done within the 8 weeks before passing us to customer care.Thanks again everyone!

My experience with Bucklers Park Sales team has been great, I was apprehensive about going to see a new build as my previous experience with another developer was very poor. Edwina and Maria were friendly and approachable, we were not forced into buying a property and I instantly felt at ease. After deciding quite quickly we wanted to buy a property Edwina was nothing but honest with us discussing through next stages and best approaches The process from start to finish was seamless, Cala gave us recommended solicitors who were also brilliant. George the site manager was personable and gave clear instruction on any demos that were undertaken. No question was a stupid question which is also a big bonus! My overall experience with Cala has been very good, we were met with positivity every time by the sales team when we had to do a visit which made them enjoyable and not stressful.

There is little point customer service having an auto reply that promises to get in touch within 4 working days when 5 working days later nothing has been heard and we have been told by the site team that nothing can be done until they do. First Class after-sales Service

Fantastic experience so far…

We have not yet reserved a home with Cala but are currently going through the PX process on their development in Benson. The customer service we have received to date has been outstanding. We firstly spoke to Annie who was so helpful explaining everything and arranging a viewing of the plot for us. Sue then showed us the property and started the PX application process and was absolutely amazing. Everything progressed quickly and easily and she was so so lovely every time I spoke to her and I could see how hard she was trying to make things work for us. We have since been in contact with Belinda who has also been fantastic in answering all of our questions and arranging another viewing for us. We really hope the PX works out but even if it doesn't I wanted to say how fantastic everyone has been so far.
