I had a very similar experience presumably with the same so called manager as Nitro Edits. Same terminology used. Appalling rude and disrespectful responses from him also. Same problems blamed on software. I was also accused of hiding overpayment. I also terminated my contract. Accused my tenants and me of lying. I have an excellent relationship with them. Wrote to G Lamb to highlight and got 1 sentence letter stating he was fully confident in his manager. Says it all really. This man does not deserve to earn a living from abusing his customers. Again had to give 1 star to allow me to publish. AVOID. The most arrogant patronising and disrespectful person I have come across.

Avoid as a landlord. The branch manager has sent me the most obnoxious, rude and inaccurate emails I have ever received in my life from any 'professional company'. He has twice mis-read emails sent to him and his responses are utterly appalling. I have bought and sold houses for 30 years and never come across such rude and disrespectful replies to requests for information re my contract, tenants deposit, return of keys, outstanding rent etc. Even when I have explained and re-explained the issues he has resorted to asking "why are we communicating". He wonders why I am taking the matter further. I have terminated my contract with immediate effect. He wonders why I am annoyed when his software has a "hitch" and over pays me and then under pays me without explanation or apology and then implies I attempted to conceal the over payment when I was not even aware of it. Accusing me of arguments with tenants, there are none, "which he will not be dragged into". Blaming poor service on his predecessor, missed or overdue inspections. I regret not terminating my contract sooner. I would not recommend to anyone. It's a pity there is not a minus rating available but I have had to award one star to get my review posted but this is the only reason.

Sarah from Gordon Lamb has been on point with keeping me updated throughout the process. Even with some hurdles from my current landlord being awkward she has put options in place to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I would recommend to anyone as it's made the process so easy for me. They have been flexible and worked around my shift pattern to help get things done and quickly and efficiently as possible.

Went to view a property in Consett. We offered 12 months rent up front. We're told absolutely brilliant there won't be a problem!!!!!!!! After waiting 7 days phoned back to be told they are waiting for the owner for an answer???? After 3 more days were told it's let sorry. They said they left me a message which I never received and found out somebody had moved in even when I was told they are waiting for the owner to get in touch!!!!!?!!!!!

From the very first contact with Zoe to the viewing with Alex and subsequent acceptance of an offer, I can’t praise them enough! Useless estate agent. For 3 weeks they had the excuse of we need a gas safety check done before you can move in, this doesn’t take 3 weeks. In the mean time I viewed and moved in to another flat with a different company. The costumer services is shocking. DONT USE THIS COMPANY
