David Allen - Mortgage and Protection Consultant We don't know what we would have done without David. Myself and my fiance both went into buying our first home completely blind. We didn't have a clue where to start or what we needed to sort for the whole process. David literally sorted everything for us. All we needed to bring was ourselves and our personal documents to our first meeting. David is very supportive and we both felt very relaxed and comfortable talking about our mortgage with him. Every question or concern we had he sorted out for us. We would definitely reccomend David to help you with your mortgage!!

I decided to put my property on the market in late summer 2022 and had 3 local agents out for a valuation. My objective was to establish a true market valuation; however more importantly was to get a sense of the team who would be selling my property. My first meeting was with Liane and what struck me was the instant rapport we had and determination to list and sell my property for the best possible price. I also was reassured by her handling my direct questions. I decided to go with Gordon Lamb because of that meeting with Liane and the belief I had in her. I was then introduced to Kirby who was my case manager. Again I had several face to face meetings with Kirby initially, setting out my expectations as a customer and I always felt Kirby was focused and committed in doing the very best she could for me. Throughout the numerous viewings I was also impressed with both her written and verbal communication, especially with me being very demanding around detail etc. Kirby also has heightened emotional intelligence and knew exactly when to empathise with me however was equally comfortable in challenging me when I needed to be challenged. Her conflict resolution skills were needed on occasions and always looked for a joint solution however always stayed true to her values of honesty and integrity. Both Liane and Kirby are a strong team and I would highly recommend Gordon Lamb because of them. I genuinely feel they get the balance correct for both the sellers and buyers, representing both with a high degree of professionalism. Overall when selling my house I wanted a team that would be honest with me, real with me, and have a huge amount of resilence to get the sale across the line. They did that and more!!! We are currently working with Steven Bell for our mortgage and we are really grateful for all his help. Our case was actually passed onto him since the previous advisor has left the business. From the first time we have spoken with Steve, he's been always professional and accommodating. He's got that sense of urgency with him. He puts his self on his client's shoes and tries to understand where they are coming from. This makes him do the right thing. When I've told him about the issue with our previous solicitor, he immediately looked and found us the best one and then informed our lender. Again, I've asked him to put an extension request and he did that the very same day. He's always my support whenever I need to follow up or chase something. Photo in window so bad I didn't know it was my property. The manager Hollie ramshaw blamed me? I asked for the complaints procedure and they ignored me. Do not trust anything they say.

Choosing Gordon Lamb to sell my house over three other agents wasn’t hard . Zoe was professional and put me at ease from the moment she walked in . I felt that they would help me through the process of which so far has been the best . My house was put on the market - with the first viewing the next morning … 10 minutes into the viewing it sold … a lot over the asking price .. thanks to Gordon lamb keeping details of clients that wanted what my house was giving . My husband and I are overwhelmed by the speed and ease at which this company are dealing with everything for us . I feel I made the right choice in choosing Gordon Lsmb after a not too good a start . I have had a few experiences of Estate Agents. And while most are OK I feel that Zoe in particular made this experience better than most. She went beyond her role at times, providing and gaining more information for me than even my solicitor. Nothing was too much bother. I wont be using an Eatate Agent again for a while but would recommend .
