The Broadway office, headed by their Manager Mandy Headington and her team, is unarguably the most Proactive and Professional estate agents in this area. My wife and I initially made contact with the Agency in June with the intention of selling our period Cottage in Broadway. Mandy visited us soon after our enquiry. We were impressed with her knowledge, experience and understanding of the Cotswold’s market which reflected in her valuation of our property.The processing of interested buyers, viewings and advising us on proceedable purchasers was straightforward, Bennett’s filtered all the relevant information and advised us accordingly, guiding us through to agreement of sale within two weeks after initialising their marketing process and then shortly afterwards to Exchange of Contracts.We would recommend to anyone considering selling their home to make contact with Mandy at R A Bennett & Partners, Broadway. Trying to find your perfect home is not easy, especially when you have specific requirements. The patience Charlie had with us was amazing! The agent is so important when it comes …

The agent is so important when it comes to marketing your house, obviously. So choose wisely. We originally went with another agent who was woeful and cost us several thousand pounds so I was a bit more 'informed' this time. Hands up R A Bennett & Partners at Evesham, Jenna and the team, were first class. Obviously knowing of our original experience they may have something to prove but frankly I just want someone to be honest, informative and help sell my house. From the initial appointment when we were helped with a pricing strategy, you may not like their guide but they are the professionals, they were constantly in touch reassuring us and organising the photography and brochure details etc, setting up the 'perfect launch' weekend. We signed the contract and then the team went into overdrive, within 3 hours (it may have been 2 but I don't want to exagerrate) we had 2 viewings for the launch weekend. We didn't get that far....within that week we had 3 early viewings, 3 offers and sold to a genuine cash buyer who our previous agent had turned away!! And it didn't stop there as they hadn't finished the job. They held our hands right up to completion keeping us up to date on proceedings and helping with any queries. Clearly they are very proactive and jumped on the phones to contact their database hence the swiftness of the results. Now in fairness to our previous agent it may have been a better time to sell, a busier market, or just a better agent, much, much better. Oh and they sold it for several thousand pounds more as well, fluke? I Think notProfessional, proactive and......and.....perfect. I had to get 3 'p's' in

They found a buyer for my flat, and someone who was prepared to wait for six months untiled my tenant moved out. The whole sale process took a full year due a a whole hoist of legal problems. Throughout the sale period RAB were very supportive and helpful and never complain once about the extra work they where put too.

Absolutely awful company. Rented my house with them, nothing but issues on their end. They lost keys, gave wrong dates for appointments, didn't carry out checks on time and still after several months have had no reply about deposit returns. Avoid!

Xenophobic rude liars

Xenophobic rude liars. After respectfully contacting them because we were interested in a property advertised on rightmove, Oliver replied to us asking for salary references and additional information, we provided all the necessary details and he said that they’re waiting for the tenant’s confirmation to organise a viewing. Few days have passed and we still hadn’t heard anything from them so I decided to call them and ask if there’s any progress - I just said my name and he hung up. I really hope that their white privileged *** go bankrupt.

Most estate agents just guide you through a house buying process, which is stressful enough. R A Bennett guided us through this and the COVID pandemic with care and compassion, as well as delivering a highly professional service. Claire came out back in January 2020 to give us a clear, concise and easily understandable plan of action for selling. This immediately put me more at ease as there were no hidden bits I didn’t understand. Luke then came to do the viewings, and swiftly found us a buyer, largely I think part to his genuine enthusiasm for his job, which rubs off on everyone around him. The came the pandemic which threw everything everywhere off kilter. However as soon as trading commenced, I heard from Ian, and it is easy to see why he has thrived in the industry for so long. In less than a month he’d navigated us to exchange and then completion. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. If you are buying, looking to rent, sell, or a prospective landlord, and fall into their catchment area, go straight to the Warwick branch. I wish it was a zero 🌟 for R A BENNETT IN STRATFORD UPON AVON they are scamars they find me a flat to rent and it was due for viewing I was happy with it they ask me to make down payment to secure the flat I give them £173 and all my documents and passport then they search my credit with wrong name and wrong spelling then come back that I have ccj on my record I contactedthe courts and checked all my credit report all come back clear and I have a really good credit score I went back to R A BENNETT try to explain and give them my passport they didn't want to know and they told me in unmanered way we will not refund your deposit and we will not search your credit under my correct name still working on it to take them to court for fraud and scam.....
