From the outset from valuation to completion Ian, Claire and Luke kept me informed at every stage. Professional and courteous, during a difficult year not only with covid restrictions ( mother in care home with dementia)and selling her property, this agency was the only one to follow up my initial enquiry during lockdown and were proactive in getting it on the market as soon as possible after lockdown. Luke, Claire and Ian were great, they did everything they said they would do and keep us well informed all the way through selling our property and buying another. They made the process very stress free and easy. They always responded to phone calls and emails and it was obvious they updated each other. Claire's beautiful marketing brochure and description was a fitting tribute to our family home of nearly 40 years. Avoid this company at all costs. Amey Taylor- Radmore is supposedly their lettings manager. She is a liar, a bully and I wouldn't trust her to help someone cross the road. They have stolen my personal belongings and will not allow me access to get to them. they stole and destroyed a legal document of mine. Amey has continually lied and is clearly teaching the other members of her staff to do the same.IF YOU WANT TO RENT OR HAVE A PROPERTY TO LET OUT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Let's put it down to it being a bad day........

Called today and spoke to Emma regarding the property we bought through them last year.......lots and lots of issues (new build). I felt the phone call was going well, I asked my partner for his mobile number to pass to Emma but she told me she 'didn't like my tone' (tones a funny thing, unless you know someone well you cannot asses if a tone is off or normal for that person,I do know unless someone is being rude, its extremely unprofessional to comment on it ) I said 'fine, I'm coming to the office now, see you in a minute', Emma then called the police. So unfortunately my experience with this company is you can't talk over the phone and you can't see them in person and they also sell poorly built homes. I've asked for the recordings of our phone calls too. I don't recommend this company at all for various reasons.........although we have now had a good giggle at Emma's expense! Sorry Emma 😂😂

We initially wasn't going to view the house we bought, but Charlie kindly recommended we view it along with 2 others, which we did all in one day with him, and turns out he knew what we wanted more than we did! Ellouise and Jessica have been very helpful in finding a tenant for my apartment which I was unable to sell. Ellouise especially has done everything she can to get it rented. I was fortunate in having a very good tenant previously and hope the new tenant will be as good. There does seem to be an issue with losing keys as noted by someone else.
