The whole team are friendly, efficient, professional and they go the extra mile to make you feel like valued tenants/house buyers. I would highly recommend to anyone. The deposit dispute pales in to comparison and was no surprise, given the way the tenancy has been managed by Howell & Wall. It's not about the money for us.....it's just one more disappointment in a long line of disappointments. Shame we were never responded to this quickly when we needed your assistance
