GoogleI am writing to express my deep concern and frustration about the unfair treatment I have experienced during the rental process for the property at Warrington. I believe that I have been subjected to discriminatory and prejudicial behavior, which has left me feeling extremely distressed and disadvantaged.
Specifically, I am referring to the threat of letting me go unfairly without any reasonable justification. As a prospective tenant, I have provided all the necessary documentation and information required to be considered for the property. Despite this, I have been given no reason why my application is being treated in this manner.
I must stress that I am a responsible and reliable tenant, with a clean rental history and a stable income. Therefore, the fact that I am being treated unfairly and given no explanation as to why is not only frustrating but deeply concerning.
I urge you to reconsider your approach to this rental process and to treat all prospective tenants with the respect and fairness that they deserve. Discrimination and unfair treatment have no place in any form, and I implore you to ensure that your rental process is transparent, just, and in line with all legal requirements.

They are just a letting agency and are not responsible for anything else. The house that i rented from them had loads of problem and they said they can't do anything about it except the landlord. Heating problem during winter time, got fixed 4 months after. To think I had kids complaining about the cold. On top of that mold started to grow in some rooms.
I just thought they'd do some checking and make it up to standards.

GoogleDisgusting letting agency. Misled me to believe that the landlords wanted to inspect the property however it was only Simon and he did all he could to take the full deposit. Heard from other people that they didn’t get their deposits back either so be warned. Also won’t give me my landlords details when I asked which is required by law.

GoogleVery unprofessional and disorganized from my experience. When it comes to the end of your tenancy they haven't a clue and appear to have no communication with one another.
If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with Howell & Co, make sure you get everything in writing as they're happy to tell you what you want to hear and withhold important information from you and then respond "sorry I'm not sure" when you question any inconsistencies.
Completely incompetent. Shameful way to treat tenants.

FacebookAbsolutely appalled by how unprofessional the members of staff have been towards me and my partner over the last week or two! Went to view a property, liked it and put an offer in for a lower payment, unfortunately it was declined so we did some talking and agreed to pay the full rent. Rang your office up the next day to tell them we wanted the house but first we needed the floor plans to be emailed over so we could see if our furniture fit they said yes and they would email straight away, no email! Rang 4 times on that day and still to this day (4 days later) we haven’t received an email with the floor plan!! You would think you’d like to make a sale not push one away! Very disappointed.
