Unfortunately, this is the worst service I've received from a letting agency. The rest of the team were actually really helpful and pleasant and apologetic, but the manager, Jeanette was rude and unhelpful. I was basically told that she had another appointment and I needed to decide if I wanted to rent the place - please note that she had arrived for my appointment later than I did. The house rented to me was falsely advertised - on the day of moving in, the house was in an absolute mess with a broken decking etc. But apparently according to Jeanette, other tenants would've been happy with the place - yes a broken deck, broken wardrobe, broken door handles, I'm sure there will be tenants who would be dying to move into such a well maintained place. Customer satisfaction is clearly not your priority.

Since Gary and I met 4 years

Since Gary and I met 4 years ago, I've found in that time that Gary and his team have really looked after me and my small portfolio of 2 buy to let properties. Gary's team completely take the headache away from me, with pretty much everything required when it comes to sourcing tenants and then managing them and the property when the property is occupied. I've had several tenant move in and out of my properties and the Team manage this very efficiently since I don't believe I've had a period when one of the properties has been vacant. Because of Gary and his Team, there is very little effort required from myself to be a landlord, which given my work commitments is exactly what I need.

Our experience with Belvoir Warrington has so far been a very positive one. The staff have all been friendly, helpful and quick to reply whenever we have had any questions. They have kept us well informed about each stage in the rental process and have been efficient about forwarding documentation for our reference. The inventory for our property was very thorough and we were impressed by the meticulous detail and the number of photographs taken by Belvoir. The process of finding our first tenants has been stress free. Belvoir has dealt with all the paperwork and referencing without hassling us, and rented out the property within days of its being available. Great service!

I have used Belvoir Warrington for a number of years and find the service is top class. They pride themselves in customer service and satisfaction and they achieve this everytime ... The Warrington team cannot seem to do enough for you and are always there to help sort out any issues for both the Tennant and Landlord. If you are looking for a first class letting agency then I do recommend this branch, and trust me I have delt with a few. Even one star is the too generous, very unprofessional and rude staff. Cancelled a viewing 5 minutes before the appointment, then lied to me on the phone stating they tried to ring me and have emailed me. Yet no missed calls or emails. My partner had to miss work for the viewing too. Once we complained, the woman on the phone had such a bad attitude. I have the most enjoyable experience with Belvoir. Gary recently came out to him property to value and was incredibly personable, honest and transparent in his approach. During the uncertain times of the pandemic it can sometimes make others feel uneasy when they go into others home, however Gary ensured that all appropriate risk assessments were done before and followed all procedures. He even checked in on the day before he arrived onto assure he was fine to come and to check on my status. The response I received was quick and has enabled us to move to the next stage very quickly!
