GoogleUsed these a while back and as soon as they have your money they don't care! Worst letting agents in Warrington hands down. An Gary Pemberton is the biggest clown there I would avoid at all costs

FacebookI have rented a property for 6 years through (Belvoir Warrington) and have been thoroughly pleased with how they have managed the property. No issue is too small for the staff to attend too promptly, and professionally. The office is a pleasure to deal with, and are always helpful, and considerate. GoogleSome of the staff are not very friendly, They told me that the rent will go up without even asking my landlord first, pretty expensive with everything Even though their customer service is not the best the staff seems to be very professional in what they do.

From all the agencies that I've approached when looking to view properties, Belvoir were by far the friendliest and most helpful! All of the staff were really lovely when I went into their office to enquire about viewings. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they really helped me to work out what kind of property that I wanted to rent and what areas were most suitable for me. They also have a huge range of properties, lots to choose from!
