I needed to sell a flat which was a protracted exercise as the time remaining on the lease was such that it would require a cash sale. Belvoir were recommended to me and I am so glad. Eventually to minimise loss, it was necessary to extend the lease. Throughout the whole period, the staff were abolutely brilliant in continuing to market the property and explain the position. This resulted in an agreed sale the day after the lease extension was agreed. I must also comment on the staff, who at all times made me feel that as a customer, my business was important. I cannot envisge the service being better provided by any other company.

Were perfectly fine until I told them I was moving out of rental. Then they wouldn't confirm viewings until the day of, or sometimes less than an hour before! Not on time for viewings so I had to deal with the people viewing when they arrived. Let people viewing look in my cupboards in front of me and left shoe prints on my upstairs bathmat. Never explained to me when/how to request my deposit back. Before moving out they were fine no issues.

I have used Belvoir for many years now since choosing them over other agencies in the area. When looking for an agency Belvoir came across as the most professional and gave me confidence that they could achieve what they stated. Gary and his team efficiently source tenants, deal with references and have people moved in with no fuss in a timely manner. All the staff are approachable and very proactive in dealing with any issues that may arise in a professional manner, Giving confidence to both the tenant and the landlord. We are currently in dispute over their neglect of my property despite paying for a full management service. They put in a totally unsuitable tenant with a guarantor of no financial substance and I'm now left with an estimate of £11k to put the property right. Belvoir say 'they didn't live in the property' and therefore not liable for the ongoing neglect. It has been a shocking experience as a landlord and certainly not a turnaround experience into being one due to their total mismanagement. I note they use the Belvoir awards to their advantage but the Belvoir central office claim Warrington are an independent office and are nothing to do with them.

Having used the majority of the major Letting Agents in Warrington in the past 10 years I was about to give the Landlord game up. A couple of years ago I gave it one last chance and chose Belvoir (Warrington) to represent me. Garry (and his team) took the keys off me, turned the property around (previous Tenants from last agency having made a serious mess) got it let, with no stress to me whatsoever. Garry and every member of his Team reinvigorated me as a Landlord and made the experience enjoyable once again. Recently I have subsequently acquired a further property to let in Cheshire, and Belvoir again exceeded my previous expectations. Each member of the team took on the responsibilities for the property as if it were their own. Again Thank You! They say you get what you pay for, however in Belvoir Warrington's case I've got more than I paid for every time! For Lettings in Cheshire I recommend that you give Garry's team a try before any of the competition.

We chose Belvoir as they appeared to be the most professional from all the letting agencies I have visited. The staff have been fantastic and have informed me should any work need completed. If I have chosen for it to be done myself thats been no issue otherwise, id have quotes quick and the jobs completed. I had people in my house quickly each time required. there have been a couple issues but this was dealt with in a professional manner. The staff have grown to know me well so we had a good understanding. Jeanette is the main lovely I have worked with and she was spot on with me. Again she got to know me and likewise. The team were very informative for me.I would definitely go to Belvoir again. Id like to say thanks to them as I have sold the house after all these years. I am very grateful for their time and efforts. Thankyou again xxx
