GoogleI have nothing but high praise for Ensum Brown who sold my house. From the very start Alex, from the Ware office was professional, friendly and open. They listened to my questions and took on board observations and were prepared with supporting data about the surrounding area and price points and the best way to advertise. The photos and 360 video were excellent and I believe helped with the sale. The level of support throughout from selling to purchase and then the rollercoaster of the chain was also excellent and extremely supportive, especially in the final weeks to get the whole process of exchange and completion over the line. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy.

GoogleDealing with Ensum Brown throughout the very protracted period whilst they have sold my flat and managed to retain the buyer's ongoing interest has been a real challenge to their skills and professionalism during these Covid influenced times within which we and they now have to live and operate. GoogleWe really didn't make it easy for them but the guys at Ensum Brown went above and beyond to keep our chain together. Always positive and easy to deal with, they really did care not just about making sales but about outcomes for customers and their welfare. When things got rocky they negotiated well and - hats off - took a hit themselves in order to look out for their clients, for which everyone is very grateful. Wish them all the best.
