They can't keep staff and even the sales office are now agency they don't respond to web enquiries, in Richards own words they are mostly a waste of time. What might be more true is that the reviews and large discounts on offer speak for themselves

Callum came to our house this week for a day and a half to repair some blown tapes on the top floor of our house He removed the tapes plastered sanded and painted he didn't make a bit of mess covered everything up he was a very pleasant young man I cannot recommend him highly enough

Rob Wainwright and Matt Trever both attended our house today to sort out an issue with the skirting boards. They were both extremely polite, professional and did a great job. The experience couldn’t have been anymore positive, they carried out a clean of the area afterwards and provided lots of guidance too! Thank you very much!

Hello. I have been living in my St Modwen flat (constructed in 2014) which I purchased from new. We have been advised there is cladding and our building has failed the EWS1. Before completion the sales team were helpful and accommodating, allowing for multiple viewings and responding to any requests I had during the purchase process.After moving in the site team have been more than helpful and always friendly. Going further than expected to help correct any issues (mostly cosmetic) I'd found after moving in and offering extra assistance where they could.

Beautiful design of home and Sales team were amazing. Cosmetic finish of home was dreadful. I e been given lame excuses such as “the painter and decorator has poor eyesight”. Customer service is very poor - I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone - the stress has been just awful

Still have outstanding issues 18 months on Glan Llyn estate. Promised a new sink due to damage and for kitchen doors to be replaced when we moved in November 2021. Have had three appointments booked in. First one was not a kitchen fitter so could not do it and kitchen doors got sent to wrong site ,second time no sink ordered and third time wrong colour sink and no kitchen doors reordered Customer service manager advised would be dealt with as a priority that was 6 weeks ago and after 4 emails being sent to St Modwens it’s always the same response “we can chase them” and then don’t hear anything back. Road and pavements unfinished, drains blocked, streetlights only turned on a few months ago, only just got a road sign the list goes on. Save your money look elsewhere.
