Callum and John have both given consistently excellent service whenever they have visited my mother's apartment. Callum first visited shortly after Mum moved in, addressing a problem with her shower. He identified the cause of the problem, treated it and was very kind and helpful in explaining how to prevent the problem recurring. Recently Callum and John visited to mend a broken balcony roof. They worked conscientiously and efficiently and were extremely helpful. They even noticed that the glass in Mum's balcony had changed position and took the time to correct it. All in all, they could not have been kinder or more professional.

Customer services are horrible. Never call to say the technicians aren't coming. No text, no email nor a call. Useless. Worst ever service as they can't even update their customers. Do not buy from this cowboy building company. Garbage service all around. Actually no service at all just headaches and wasted time. Do not waste your money and go buy from another company. These take your money and laugh in your face. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!! Get better service from an Indian call centre!

Still a year on and not finished the horrific painting of the entire internals. Cancelled numerous times and make excuses constantly. Never buy a home from them as they use cowboy builders and customer service is horrific and don't care. Just send you complaint links if you're not happy. Pathetic service. If you're thinking of buying from St Modwen's then you should take all the money for the house and set it on fire. Its more useful to you that way. STAY AWAY..WASTE OF YOUR HARD ESRNED MONEY FOR A LACK LUSTRE CARE FREE SERVICE. NUMEROUS ISSUES ON OUR DEVELOPMENT AND PEOPLE ALWAYS COMPLAINING ABOUT ISSUES. Try Avant or another company

A professional sales team and a great helpful project team which make me feel like my hometown. St Modwen is a great and efficient builder, Even we face a lot of troubles and problems of my new house, They are patient and kindness to solve the way, I need to special thanks to sales team Aaron/Jayne/Caroline . The house on the most part has been good, we didn't have a huge list of snags, although most of them were only completed to a barely passable level after several rounds of contacting them! The garden was not fit for purpose and required escalating to a higher level, but was eventually sorted. But once the we filled in the survey giving them a high rating, all contact stops, nothing will now be fixed, you'll be lucky to get a response from them!! DO NOT FILL IN THE SURVEY! We discovered an obvious fault with the Bath in one of the bathrooms that we very rarely used, probably down to how it was stored before installation. After weeks of complaining through multiple customer care channels, they absolutely do not care and will not touch it. We've been given different excuses ranging from I can't really see anything wrong with this too we don't replace sanitary products after 2 weeks. This is an obvious fault that they have simply washed their hands of, and we'll have to pay to resolveEDIT:Responded privately as requested by St Modwen, and have been completely ignored! moved down to 1 star
