GoogleWe have leased our flat from Davis Tate for four years now and while we are happy with how issues with the flat are handled by them I have to say that when we had an urgent issue with our water heater and our assigned property manager was out ill Jessica stepped right in and went above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate getting the issue resolved, she also took it upon herself to help with an older outstanding issue (not related to Davis Tate) with the block managers to try and help us get some answers and accountability from them.
We appreciate hearing such positive feedback and we're glad that during your time with us you have such excellent service.

GoogleI have been particularly impressed by efforts of Jessica Hedges: Property Manger. As a tenant in Wantage I recently informed her that the emergency fire lights and stair-well lights were not working in my flat block. She immediately realised that this is a serious problem and with due urgency raised this with the property manager. Rather than merely considering her duty to have been done she quite assiduously followed up checking that an electrician was attending to the problem and that the problem had been solved. Very pleased….

GoogleI'm not usually one to write reviews, but I couldn't speak more highly of the team at Davis Tate in Wantage. They were selling a property that we were purchasing. Unfortunately due to events outside of our control (solicitors, interest rates and long chains!) the sale fell through. However, the team went above and beyond throughout the whole process. We were initially shown the property by Oliver. He helped us to fall in love with the property. Some viewings that we had with other estate agents, the agent was just reading information off the brochure. However, Oliver had great knowledge of the area and of the property itself. This made us feel confident to put an offer in. Then throughout the buying process, he would communicate regularly with us and was always available to talk, as was the rest of the team. Another member of the team, Kirsty, was the ongoing driving force that kept the cogs moving throughout the buying process. She sought to find solutions and out of all the estate agents in the chain was clearly working the hardest to achieve a positive outcome - all whilst remaining professional and approachable. Unfortunately, all that hard work did not pay off. However, when we are in a position to buy again, there is no doubt that if the property that we fall in love with (for the second time!) is marketed by Davis Tate it will give us an extra level of reassurance that the service given is of the highest quality. If there was a Davis Tate in Winchester, where we are selling, then we would use them in a heartbeat.

GoogleOne of the most important decisions a person will ever make is where to live. It's crucial to have someone who is competent, understanding, and eager to put in extra effort for you when moving. I had the most great experience with Kirsty Bayliss. She is all very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. So far we didn't have any major problems but little things to be fixed in the property and it has been acted upon very quickly. Charlotte has been very very helpful in sorting out any property maintenance related issues. I'd 100% recommend this estate agents and will use them in future. I have not been given any rewards for this review. It's a genuine review for a team that works hard. thank you guys.

GooglePreviously, to the conveyancing with David-Tate, I had a fairly low opinion of estate agents. Generally, I’ve had an impression of estate agents being too busy to really care or bother with any actual personal service. However, Oliver and Kirsty have made me reevaluate my views. They listened to our feedback and advised us to see a house that we snapped up straight away. Through the process they were professional and honest and I will have no hesitation using them again or recommending them to others.

As first time buyers we couldn't have received better guidance and service, Davistate were by far one of the best agents we witnessed in the year it took to find our first home, we were very fortunate the house we wanted was being dealt with by Davistate, especially Elanor, from show rounds, to phone calls and to completion Elanor was extremely professional and helpful. We were kept in the loop throughout and she was very patient with our never-ending questions. Although we dealt with Elanor out in the field, when i did have to drop by the Wantage branch, Phil was helpful, polite and informative. Would Definately recommend Davistate as they're one of the best estate agents around.
