GoogleThe Rent Amount initially received was Incorrect for the first 3 months so had to chase/leave Messages each time for the Balance to be Paid. The Owner Michael Molloy promised it would NEVER happen again as he would Sort it personally. However the following month February still wrong - if he can't sort it Who Can? March 2018 was correct but won't Hold Out Breathe lol

Hi John, unfortunately our accounts department paid you promptly but separately, as and when each part of the rent was paid into the Martin & Co client account. As per our Terms of Business, which you signed:- Rent Receipting We ask your tenant to set up a standing order or direct debit mandate for rent payments and we account to you for the rent received, less outgoings and our fees accompanied by a statement delivered by email, within five working days of funds being cleared into our account. Therefor if we had not paid you the funds on account to you within 5 working days we would have been in breach of our agreement with you. We have, as per your request, instructed our accounts department to withhold payments to you until the full rental amount is received and then make payment accordingly. We believe that this issue has been resolved. If this is not the case, please feel free to visit our office on Wanstead high street and we will be happy to assist.

The whole team at Martin and Co wanstead have been incredible. We Have worked with many sales and Lettings teams over the years and the experience has always been so so. Mike, Rob, Rich, Lorraine and Sarah have just been amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on. For letting or sales. And actually, I never normally write reviews but felt in this case I had to. They are that good. The attention to detail on every detail is beyond. They really care about what they do and go the extra mile to get it done in the right way. GoogleAfter very bad experience with another agent at Leyton, I rent a 2-b flat from Martin &Co Wanstead. I did the view with Richard, and Michael. The experience is excellent I would say, getting everything done in a few days. Both guys are warm hearted, polite and professional.
