AVOID THIS LETTING AGENCY !!! If I could give them minus stars I would. Worst experience ever. Extremely disorganised, not responsive to emails, and trying to scam you at every point of the tenancy. But rest assured if you are in one of these situations… they don’t have a legal team lol and they tried to make it seem like I was breaching the contract while on multiple counts they were at fault.

I recently rented an apartment through them and my friend and I needed to move asap, Piers at M&P made it happen so quickly, pushed all the paperwork etc though and was so quick, efficient and lovely. Small touches like making sure we knew he was contactable and on hand 24/7 (including weekends) was awesome.
