For the last five years we have rented our flat out with Marsh and Parsons. The whole process has been unbelievably smooth and easy. This was very much due to our manager Phoebe. I would 100% use M and P again.

GoogleI bought a house via them and they were more helpful than my own agents I was selling my house through. They made contact daily and updated and chased things and through their tenacity really made it happen. I think the whole thing would have fallen through without their help. They were extremely ethical and caring and invested in the process for all parties, always returned calls promptly, and I could not have asked for more.

Our property manager Abdullah Leghari looks after our flat in marylebone. He has to date been very responsive ,proactive and very courteous. This makes our experience as a landlord much less stressful. We are therefor happy with the service that Marsh and Parsons provide.

Stay far away from them. Sarah Warmington handled my case and I must say all of these agents are crooks.. They tried to force me to rent out my flat to an inappropriate tenant which they didn’t even want to expose. Eventually I found out who the proposed tenant was and got the shock of my life. When I refused I got called all sorts of things by this agent!! And she tried to scam me on so much money as a punishment for not letting my flat (yes, I’m talking about 1300 pounds), and keep in mind that I had not signed any contract with them!!! Even the receptionist at the agency tried to stop me from calling the support centre by hiding the phone number with his own hands. Absolutely repelled by these criminals!!!

The head office is not responsive and they just don't care, the service is average and the head office does not respond to customers' complaints.The young agents are let down and not supported by the head office. I could write a full-page, however, I will not waste any more valuable time, other than say stay away from the agency. HEAD OFFICE DO NOT RESPOND. STAY AWAY FROM THE AGENCY.

GoogleFinding our new flat through M&P was really quick and easy, the quality of properties they had available were superior to what I've previously seen with other agents and there service experience much better. Katie and her team were really helpful I would recommend these guys if your looking for a good quality property and minimal-stress service.
